Are there two photographers more different than Abbas and Melisa Teo? He shoots in black and white; she shoots in color. His photography is rational; hers is emotional. His photographs are suspended moments; hers flow like a stream. As they travel side by side among the Hindus, they show, by pointing their cameras at similar subjects, how his relationship with God is “purely professional” and hers, deeply personal. His series is entitled Gods I’ve Seen, hers Let There Be Light, published together in this magazine issue.
Raghu Rai, one of the most illustrious Indian photographer, correspondent of the agency Magnum, publishes a magazine called Creative Image. Each issue, published every two months, is devoted to a theme. The last issue is dedicated to faith in different religions and beliefs.
