Just back from Highlands (central region of Iceland), I remember this continuous rains and heavy clouds which made light very rare and precious and which allowed to keep this so legendary ambiance of the country. Landscapes and lava flow textures, valleys and lakes trapped and kept the very subtil light for few seconds. All is moving, extremely alive and challenge the photographer’s eye. Patience is tamed. Legend takes place.
