This is not a holiday photo. It’s a Christmas tale. Once upon a time there was a young woman named Christine Bergougnous. She dreamed of becoming a photographer. She had very little money. Everyone made fun of her pictures. Her passions were Africa, children, and The Little Prince by Saint-Exupéry. One day she left for Mali to live among the Dogon people and their stuffed foxes. She came back with these pictures. On January 15 she will head to Mauritania, with 40 copies of The Little Prince to distribute in schools.
