The AGENTS ASSOCIES is a Paris Based professional association of agents representing over 800 French and international photographers, illustrators, and multimedia artists. Essential to advertising, communication, and publishing, Agents Associés ensures the profession’s visibility and promotion as well as the career perspectives of its authors.
The association inaugurated on May 31 at Docks en Seine its Biennale des Créateurs d’Images – Edition 2012 Images&Maison, an exhibition highlighting the personal creativity and non commissioned work of its photographers and illustrators .
A meeting place for image professionals, the biennale features 200 original works, illustrations and multimedia works by such artists as: Laurent Chehere, Christophe Dugied, Philippe Gueguen, Ronan Guillou, Françoise Huguier, Maia Flore, Nicolas Dhervilliers, Luc Choquer, Hervé Plumet, Stéphanie Tétu, Goef Kern, Thomas Jorion, Alain Longeaud, Cyril Reze, Belair, Joel Laiter, Philippe Garcia, Vittorio Bergamaschi, Pierre-Olivier Deschamps, Kanji Ishii, Jean-Lionel Dias, Anna Leroy, Andrea and Valentina, François Rousseau, Michel Dubois, Patrick Gaillardin.
Part of DESIGNER’S DAYS, the exhibition is taking place at the Docks en Seine – Cité de la Mode et du Design from May 31 through June 30, 2012, inaugurating this exceptional location with contributions by an array of confirmed and amateur visual artists.
Sarah Langinieux of the Pakenko studio, organized the pictures as a walk along the deck of a cruise ship. The Home is the central theme.
