The Swiss photographer Zoé Beausire is 25 years old and lives in Berlin. Kominek Books is publishing her first book, Rosette, Mauricette et Roby, and exhibiting her work at the Kominek gallery. Rosette, Mauricette et Roby was Beausire’s graduation project, produced in 2009-2010 with her grandparents and great aunt. The work is above all about their daily lives: dressing, thinking, falling asleep, washing, surpassing oneself, making oneself look nice, smoking, taking a walk. We’re not sure what order it’s all in, and that’s okay: it’s nice like that.
