They flee their countries, sub-Saharan Africa … fleeing from poverty, drought, war … ultimately they flee hunger …
After a long and dangerous journey across the Sahara Desert, the one who make it to Morocco, are a few kilometers from the coveted “paradise” … And suddenly, it turns from dream to nightmare.
Many of the sub-Saharan migrants have tried and are still trying to reach Europe from Morocco jumping the border fences of Ceuta and Melilla or embarking on a boat to cross the Strait of Gibraltar.
