Willy Rizzo always had a passion for this city, as soon as he moved away a little too long, he felt a strong nostalgia for its streets, its scent and its music. Born in Naples and having shared his work between Paris, Rome for Design, and the United States, he always returned to the most beautiful city in the world.
When Jean Prouvost offers him to come back for the Paris-Match adventure because “It’s in Paris that it happens,” he cannot resist.
His love of Paris leads him in its every nook and cranny … At his final installation in his beloved city : “I admire the Eiffel Tower, I hear the particular rumor of Paris”.
Willy Rizzo tells the story of the capital with lights, colors or black and white that go from the post-war years to 2000 … He immortalizes Paris. Pure moments of poetry where time stops to make room for the image and the party.
