One of the most noticeable absences from this year’s festival is of course Gökşin Sipahioğlu, who passed away one year ago. Michel Setboun paid him tribute by publishing “40 ans de photojournalisme : Génération Sipa“, which we covered last week. All of the old Sipa photographers present at Perpignan came together last week to honor him, with this group photo taken at the Couvent des Minimes.
