Democratic Books publications just released “Tokyo” by Samuel Bellendorf, a personal essay about color and the social codes and tensions in the Japanese capital. The book is accompanied by an exhibition running through January 15 at the Petit Endroit, 14 rue Portefoin, 75003, Paris.
Samuel Bollendorff is also a senior reporter well known for his pictures about China “China, Forced March” and about AIDS, “Silence, AIDS”. He is also a well respected documentary film maker (“Voyage to the end of Coal”)
