Mirages
Traditionally, urban photography represents the city in its ambiances and architecture.
In opposite, with this serie, volume, function and perspective give way to a contrasting graphic composition where natural light, colors, shadows and shades create an abstract image.
Photography is a quest: if architecture itself offers a framework, my approach is to capture the moment when the sun transforms the ordinary into extraordinary.
Then, this piece of reality becomes a graphic abstraction.
The viewer is invited to cross this bridge between figurative and abstract, in one direction or the other.
