The title Skala Sikamineas is small village next to the beach where all the refugees from the Syrian war land, it’s the first step to EU.
Arriving here everyday in thousands, they left behind over half a million life jackets. These are collected straight after arrival and then they are taken to a landfill 5 minutes away from Skala Sikamineas.
