Anthropologist by training, I specialized in religious studies before turning my attention to the perception of environmental risks. With more interest in the field than in university halls, I left France for London in 2007 to learn journalism. Hired by France 24 upon my return, I have since written about current events and social issues.
I have reported on the struggle of exiled Tibetans in India, the rise of nationalism in Hungary and post-Gaddafi Libya. I was awarded the 2011 Prix Bayeux Calvados des Reporters de Guerre for my web documentary on rape in the Congo, Congo, la paix violée, produced with Zoé Lamazou.
An inveterate traveler, I love colors and images, and learned to shoot and print in Paris, at first using photographs as research material, and for my travelogues. Later, I began to use photography for journalism.
I have made three web documentaries:
. 22330 : les bras de la France
. Congo, la paix violée
. Hongrie, le repli identitaire.
