Since its first edition in 2017, the a ppr oc he show has focused on showing the new and multiple languages of experimental photography. From the very essence of the photographic medium, born from experimentation, of collage or photomontage, certain artists reveal its materiality, between sculptures and photographic objects, while others invent new creative processes. The border between the different mediums then becomes porous, it is up to the viewer to determine where photography is hidden among certain works.
The seventh edition of the a ppr oc he show will host 15 personal exhibitions by French and international artists. With more than half of the selected artists born in the 80s and 90s, a ppr oc he highlights the young French and international contemporary scene.
The entire a ppr oc he show team is looking forward to offering you new experiences from November 9 to 12 for this 7th edition; and would like to warmly thank Michel Poivert for his keen eye on the Open Call 2023 files, as well as all the artists, galleries and partners for their involvement and trust.
