Polka Factory presents the exhibition Mélomane (Music lover) by Jean-Pierre Leloir.
It was a time when Brel, Brassens and Ferré discussed, puffing on a fag, around a microphone; when Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington were not yet legends; when Françoise Hardy chatted quietly with Bob Dylan backstage at the Olympia… It was a time when one could photograph freely, without limit, on an airport tarmac, in a minibus or on stage stars like Bob Marley, Jim Morrison, Barbara or Jimi Hendrix… It was a blessed time for the gods of photography. Among them, Jean-Pierre Leloir.
On the occasion of the exhibition will be presented vintage prints, vintage press prints, collector’s works signed or stamped by the artist, from his studio as well as an exclusive selection of contemporary prints authenticated in new formats produced under the supervision of the Jean-Pierre Leloir Archives by the Polka Factory .
