The exhibition is entitled Le siècle des vacances : de la villégiature au tourisme de masse. The photographs are from the Fnac collection and are presented as part of the Planches Contact festival in Deauville on the occasion of the Fnac’s seventieth anniversary. The exhibition curator is Laura Serani.

Le Siècle des vacances, de la villégiature au tourisme de masse is the result of a thematic selection through which I tried to tell the story of private life and, at the same time, the history of photography in the last century, which begins with an image by Lartigue dated 1903. This carte blanche offered by Fnac on the occasion of its 70th anniversary, allowed me to happily rediscover this collection built up image after image between 1985 and 2006.
