Third component of the festival, the 25th hour is an annual contest offering an extra slice of life, in order to create, observe and rove Deauville by night, between midnight and midnight, as the calendar offers an additional hour on the occasion of the passage to winter daylight savings time. During one hour, 200 photographers, amateur and professional, give their imaginary vision or perception of the “25th hour” in Deauville. The three winners are : Julie Chaudron (1st prize), Wendy Falourd (2nd prize) and Mélanie Lachevre (3rd prize).
