Pietro Sala was born in 1946, he lives in Lecco (Italy). It offers a range of skiers who appear to be suspended in a vacuum, in a kind of dance performed outside the ski slope: “What is important for me in these pictures is their pictorial aspect where skiers in the fog are reduced to patches of color.”
