PhotoSaintGermain returns this Thursday, November 2nd. The opening will occur from 6pm to 9pm with invited photographers, curators, critics and the whole festival team. Admission is free to all.
This year, various venues in Saint-Germain-des-Près are exhibiting photography. Bruno Fert and his series Refuge, will be at the Academy of Fine Arts, as part of the 2016 Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière – Beaux-Arts of Paris Prize. At the Hôtel de l’Industrie, 2017 Carmignac Prize for Photojournalism Lizzie Sadin will present her report on women trade and slavery in Nepal. The house of Auguste Comte will display works from Amaury da Cunha. The Dutch Workshop hosts photographers from Noor Agency.
To be also noted, the Italian Cultural Center hosts a wonderful dialogue between y Guido Guidi and Le Corbusier. The Arcturus gallery also presents works from Marc Riboud.
