In 2023, the festival will celebrate its 20th anniversary and this will be an opportunity to highlight the loyal artists and institutions that have supported it during these two decades.
OUT OF PLAY will address the theme of sport ahead of the Olympic Games in July 2024. Photographers who flook at this subject in the field, but also through more offbeat approaches, will be highlighted.
This 20th edition of the Photaumnales offers forty exhibitions to the general public – without forgetting young audiences – in Beauvais and strengthens its presence in rural areas, within 9 small towns in the Beauvaisis conurbation. The festival also takes place in Clermontois and in the towns of Amiens, Creil, Berck-sur-Mer, Estrées-Saint-Denis, Montreuil-sur-Brèche and Noyon.
This edition is part of the Cultural Olympiad in the Hauts-de-France region.
