Introduction
The vocation of the Loevenbruck gallery is to promote, support and reveal contemporary art from French and foreign artists whom it represents on the international market. Moreover, the Loevenbruck publishing house regularly publishes artist books.
What is your point of view on the financial side of the photographic market today ?
Contemporary photography is doing well and has been renewed in recent years with the help of new technology, and also by the resistance of some photographers in front of these, in the fields of shooting , and /or printing techniques. Photography is now subdivided into different families. This heterogeneity allowed this way of expression to become richer. Visual artists are using photography more and more without claiming to be photographers, while some photographers are specializing in the creation of certain types of images. This heterogeneity has allowed this way of expression to become richer, and to have more density.
