Nostalgic Deauville
During a short stay in Deauville, I discovered a very endearing town, far from the glitz and glamour I’d imagined. I found the kind of soul that photographers love. I was charmed by its old-fashioned charm, with its elegant Belle Epoque villas that tell the story of this city, a luxury vacation destination since the 1800s. I wandered its streets and crossed the threshold of some of its hotels with a gentle melancholy… The black-and-white style immerses us in the nostalgia of the Belle Epoque, when color photography was still unheard of.
