Regards is a French photography magazine founded in 2009 in Perpignan by fans of bla-blARt, a cultural association active in the Pyrénées-Orientales since 2006. The magazine was born of a desire to show and to share, and is available for free on the web, along with a limited-edition print magazine for each issue. The latest issue examines photography as a new way of approaching the world, featuring photographs by Sandra Fastré, Frédérique Félix-Faure, Sarah Ritter, Marine Lanier and Amaury da Cunha, and text by Hugo Pradelle.
