Mumbai wouldn’t be the same without them: the famous black and yellow Padmini taxis produced in India by Fiat between 1964 and 2000. Identical in every respect to the 1110-103D model produced in Italy, the charm of the Padmini is unique. The flashy seats and psychedelic carpeting on the ceiling all give the vehicle a disco feel.
