Michel Thibert photographer & René Déry digital editor, Quebec, Canada.
These artists – of these recomposed images – will present a shining choice of visual materials, inviting the characters present in their works to sublimate themselves, to go beyond their representative description, to achieve fascinating signs, activated roles, sensible missions, poems standing.
This passionate generosity of the animated photographer, the graphic designer and the digital editor, will open the spiritual heart and the cordial spirit of the spectator-participant. Then he will be awake in his most fleeting and uncontrolled sensations, impatient to regroup in the direction! Any stimulated interior traveler wants to escape. The witness will then be able to enter into his dreams of the most daring visual interpretations; his keen interest of curiosity will flourish during a prolonged vision of the work becoming an environment, with “oh yes: I saw this, see that again… did I really see that?! … yes, I will come back to it”.
The work will thus continue in the imagination of the lonely passer-by, the artists no longer being alone any longer, but accompanied by a dreamer like them, all grateful for a beautiful moment of a beautiful day. Because on that day, the pandemic is surpassed by the social spirit, by this art that erases confined separations.
The initial artist of this collective, Michel Thibert, is also a former airline pilot of the Canadian Arctic. He has presented his works in Quebec and Canada and has edited two books which are also available free of charge on his website. https://www.thibertportfolio.com/index.php/en/recomposed-images
This collection of recomposed emotions and varied subjects is intended only for large format printing for whoever wants it. It is here that the screen is only used for the work through its immediate distribution and the jolting gazes associated with small formats. Exploration takes and involve space.
A prolific artist, he travels quickly and for this reason, he is surrounded by an experienced team. Each of these subjects presented is a reflection of the evolution from more than 10 years of production. Combining geomorphology with a critical position on a subject, we are neither photo story nor descriptive landscape photography. The observer will be able to perform their own style analysis or grouping which is so useful in times of great uncertainty. We offer you, above all, the pleasure of discovering this sharing with L’Œil de la Photographie!
