Dreams
Through sensory and poetic correspondences, the Dreams series weaves a dialogue with multiple resonances, revealing a universe suspended between the real and the imaginary.
Absorbed in a dreamlike atmosphere imbued with silence, children, attuned to the sensory world, merge with the natural elements. Inhabited by a secret life, they seem to emerge from a dream.
Inspired by memories of my own childhood, a time of solitude and wandering, these images evoke Nature as a place of initiation, an intimate refuge that opens onto the infinite.
The presentation in diptychs underlines the aesthetic equivalences, where tones, materials, shapes and light echo each other, as do the analogies and complementarities between portraits and landscapes, human and natural.
