A few months ago, while I was strolling through the aisles of a flea market in the Bassin d’Arcachon (France), I came across a series of postcards, all addressed to Madame Yvonne D’Alaza, living at 11 rue du Square Carpeaux in Paris.
Andrée, at the beginning of the year 1936 undertakes a trip of several months during which she crosses India, the Philippines and Japan, a dream which she realizes, she writes and of which she has so much to tell.
