Trait de Cote, Lignes de Crêtes
Immediately to the south of the Arcachon Basin, the famous dune of Pilat and the ocean beaches are one of the objects of my work. I photograph these seascapes most often out of season empty of human presence, preferably when bad weather is rife, which gives them a wilder aspect.
There is then a kind of mimicry between the crest of the waves and the crest of the dunes under the effect of the strong wind.
I seek through these images to share the rarity, the fleetingness of these moments where nature takes back its rights and to try to convey the happiness of feeling lonely briefly as well as the duty to respect our environment.
