Electric Relaxation
Electric Relaxation, before being the name of this series, is above all the title of a Hip Hop group, A Tribe Called Quest, which I invite you to listen to while watching this one in order to fully immerse yourself in it.
It corresponds surprisingly well to my feeling of the street, its people, its atmosphere, its colors, its light, its life.
This is what I wanted to show in this series, I hope that this fleeting journey in my imagination will arouse your curiosity but also a bit of reflection, and perhaps even open your spirituality.
My photographic approach is paradoxically close to the great Garry Winogrand who was focused on the image, only the image, to “know what things look like when they are photographed”, because the photographer must “remain the stranger, the one who passes and who sees, then who gives to see”.
Someone said, “The joy and beauty of the street is hidden in the human presence.” This corresponds perfectly to my conception of street photography
