Alexandra Brez, Managing Editor of INC Magazine and William Hunt, dealer, collector and writer, are both professors at the School of Visual Arts in New York, SVA, in New York. They associated with their students to create the The International Center for Fictional Photography in Contemporary Society.
These dozen souls have collaborated on a mutually agreed upon project looking at how photographs behave as truths and fictions in contemporary life. This offering is the culmination of many months of looking at photographs considering them, then trying to evaluate them, all in an attempt to develop an eye and to be articulate abot seeing.
