Ilford Imaging went bankrupt in December 2013. The site of this global photographic material company, in Marley, near Fribourg, was not left fallow. On the contrary, a mammoth project, the Marly Innovation Center (MIC), aims to give the location a new life, as SEPT.info reported in an article published last July. We’re complementing that article with a presentation of the “master plan” of the zone, designed by the architect Bernard Vichet, director of Destal Ingenieria (Barcelona, Shanghai), which was approved by the town of Marly in July.
