I Love You magazine was launched in 2009 by art director Christiane Bördner and her photographer husband Marcus Gaab. The magazine was conceived as an intensely personal project, inspired by the format and approach of the blog. Interviewed right after the release of the first issue Christiane Bördner said:
”I Love You is a fashion magazine for women, about everything I think women would love to see. There are not a lot of creative women’s magazines from a woman’s point of view. It is a printed blog and therefore it has a very personal point of view – my point of view.”
Newly released I Love You no 6 is ”dedicated to the mamas!” On the cover you´ll find new mother and Hollywood actress Leelee Sobieskie photographed by Marcus Gaab. Inside the magazine she slips into the role of the ”Soccermom” and reveals where her obsession for ice cream comes from… In the in this issue you´ll also find contributions from photographers like Stefan Heinrichs, Rosa Rendl and Jean Francois Carly among others.
