Scottish photographer Harry Benson signs today his latest book, Persons of Interest, in New York-based Staley-Wise Gallery at 100 Crosby Street, Manhattan.
Harry Benson is known as one of the most influential British photographers of his century. His photographs have been published in Life, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker and People. He was the portraitist of the Beatles, Bobby Fischer, Michael Jackson and Mohammed Ali, as well as the leaders of our world: Robert F. Kennedy, Winston Churchill, Nelson Mandela, Donald Trump in the 1990s and of course, the Queen Elizabeth II.
His latest book, Persons of Interest, is a collection of remarkable portraits of stars, politicians, signifiant men and women that the photographer has come to know during his career. The book is organized into 6 chapters, : the stars, art, fashion, sports, politics and photojournalism.
The signature will take place from 6pm to 8 pm.
