Gohar Dashti –Volcano of Iran

Preview

In the past thousands years, there hasn’t been a volcano erupting in our country. But we mustn’t forget the truth ,the country of Iran in a past not so far away (in terms of geology), has put behind many volcanic activities, the evidence of which is hundreds of inactive and semi-active volcanos. Thus one cannot positively claim that all volcanic activities in this land have grown silent.
