Her name is Lucile Béranger.
She is part of the Eye team where she is in charge of the weekend portfolios.
She exhibits her photos for 10 days, with this text:
I like old photographs. Both those of the greatest like Atget whom I knew thanks to the Eye of Photography, as well as those of Dorothy Lange and Vivian Maier, but also the photos of anonymous people, neatly stored in old albums. Some are dated. Those from the 1930s and early 1940s are particularly moving because they are among holidays pictures, you can find one of the holidaymakers dressed as a soldier. I draw on some of them, to give the characters who interest me an identity, I guess their first name, their life, their future. – Lucile Beranger
