“Suspensions” is part of a cycle entitled “Fragments of Memory” that
started ten years ago. Fadi Habib, who works both in traditional
black and white 6 × 6 formats and low resolution digital, is attracted
by perfection and fascinated by imperfection. His digital nudes,
suspended, pixelised, erased, are the result of a personal shooting
technique requiring no touch-ups. Mysterious, his pictures are about
alterations, projections, and revivals.
