The Glorious Thirty just drawing to a close, hadn’t yet a name, but that wasn’t for much longer. it was a time when there were still factories, the jewel of industrial engineering begun in the last century. Paper mills, weaving mills, forges and no double digit unemployment…One could say without shame that he was a blue collar worker, stand proudly in front of his machine and fight for a better life: burnout wasn’t recognized yet as a professional hazard and lean management wasn’t yet at work in hospitals. The schoolmarm had not yet become the “elementary school instructor”.
