Performing Forms is a collection of photographs and videos produced simultaneously by Franck Olivas as part of a cycle of “photo-choreographic” performances created in Spring 2011 in Monaco. Dancers and musicians were invited to improvise on themes before a variety of set pieces, creating what Olivas calls “compulsory free figures”.
