In order to contribute to a better dissemination of the work of ADAGP artists and to support them in the important step of publishing a monograph or a catalogue raisonné, ADAGP is awarding – for the 9th edition – 7 grants as part of the Collection Monographie scholarship.
Deadline for applications: 30.04.2025 at 2pm.
How much is the grant?
The Collection Monographie grant will go to 7 winners, each of whom will receive €15,000.
Who can apply?
Artists or their beneficiaries who have been members of ADAGP for at least 3 years (membership before 1 July 2022). If the monograph concerns a group of artists, each member of the group must have been a member for 3 years;
The artist or group of artists must have had a professional career of at least 10 years (exhibitions, participation in fairs, etc.);
The publication project must be presented in association with a publisher, art centre or gallery;
Publishers who ask for the artist’s copyright to be waived will not be accepted.
For what type of work?
The publication must be an artist’s monograph (an ambitious reference work for the artist, covering at least 10 years of work) or a catalogue raisonné. It is not an exhibition catalogue;
The publication must be part of an event (exhibition in a gallery or art centre, book signing, symposium, etc.);
Publication must take place within 2 years of the grant being awarded;
Minimum print run of 500 copies.
