The photographs presented here, taken in abandoned textile factories, show to what extent the photographer’s eye was attracted by the walls, both as surfaces and as installations. The studios remain studios, but these spaces, formerly used for industrial production, become space for artistic production, albeit without artists.
Eric Lepointe, a 53-year old amateur photographer, has already been exhibited in his home town of Epinal, as well as in Nancy as part of the “Collectif Noir et Couleur,” in 2006 and 2010.
