Photoquai reaches new heights: for the third edition of the biennial exhibition, the Eiffel Tower is associated with the event and, 57 metres above Paris, presents original photography by each of the 46 young talents from the 29 countries selected by Françoise Huguier, the artistic director of Photoquai.
