Chinese Garden
Chinese gardens are splendid, composed of rocks, plants, trees, ponds, pavilions, buildings, and usually surrounded by a white wall.
In this series of photographs, I present a Chinese garden in Shanghai named Yu Garden also known as Yuyuan Garden.
It was built in the Ming Dynasty (1368 – 1644) and designed by Zhang Nanyang (张南阳), a famous gardener in Ming Dynasty.
It is an impressive garden, beautifully designed. Small scenes with a unique view are surprising and delightful.
