Born in 1984 in Roanne, Cyrille Robin lives and works in Paris. He began by pursuing scientific studies before devoting himself to photography by enrolling at the Louis Lumière National Film, Photography & Sound Engineering School in 2005. In his work with still-life, he has cultivated an aesthetic at the crossroads of the past and the present, the unchanging and the moving, the masculine and the feminine. Recently he has moved easily towards fashion, which he composes and lights with the same desire for balance. His work has been shown in France and internationally, especially at the French Embassy in Uzbekistan and the Uzbekistan Art Gallery in Tashkent (2013), the Institut Français in Constantine, Algeria (2014), l’Institut Français of Algiers (2015) and the Spring Photo Festival in Mably, in France (2015).
