“When I thought about the night I would spent at the Hôtel Design Sorbonne, I resolved to prepare nothing and simply adapt to this place I had never seen before. Imagining a photo in advance would make the shoot too artificial. In my work, I like to let myself be carried away by the place and attempt to translate what it inspires in me… But I also wanted to work with models, so I made appointments throughout the day with different women and asked them to come with a coat and a personal belonging. I wanted to play with and immerse myself completely in this unknown space, in an exciting state of urgency and discomfort.”
