After having studied aesthetics and the theory of cinema and photography at the University of Lyon II, Charlotte Marcodini moved to Paris to continue her photographic studies at the Gobelins School of the Image. She then started working as digital operator and photo assistant in Paris, then London, before learning her craft with different fashion photographers. She then decided to concentrate on her own work and started a Master of Art Direction at the ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland. In spring 2016 she went to New York where she shot her first assignments for Opening Ceremony. Today Charlotte Marcodini is a freelance photographer based in Paris.
