Sureau noir
“Sureau noir” is an introspective journey.
Through this series, I explore the construction of personality, identity, and femininity.
The characters wander through settings reminiscent of fairy tales, symbolizing the different stages of life: childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and old age.
The individual grows, develops, and explores facets of their personality while facing existential crises.
It is this coexistence between change and permanence that I wish to highlight.
Through this exploration, I seek to capture this in-between, this moment where the individual oscillates between deep introspection and projection towards the future, thus revealing the complexity of the human experience and the richness of female identity.
