Kristine Thiemann’s photography is rooted in the personal stories of the people she meets. With humor, tenderness and a critical eye, she creates fictive group situations, offering us off-kilter stories and skits where the citizens becomes characters in a carefully composed tableau vivant.
Born in 1973 in Hamburg, Germany, Kristine Thiemann is a fashion photographer who lives and works in Hamburg and Paris. Her work has been presented in shows in Italy, Germany and France.
