Following the recent presidential elections in the United States, I interacted on the myths that this country had forged and their influence on French culture. Celebrated and revered the cowboy appeared to me as an obvious figure. It is found here in Ardeche on the uplands of saint Agreve during the festival “Equiblues”. Whether on a bull or a wild bronco, he must hold 8 seconds on the animal. They are French, Belgian, Italian or Brazilian. They pose here just before or after their ride.
