Until July 16, Alain Riviere Lecoeur exhibits The Ents or the spirit of the forest at the Galerie des Docks d’Arles.
These creatures are the spirit of the forest, both real and imaginary, half plant, half animal, half human, adorned with their most beautiful hair made of roots, bark, straw, clay and clay, where these night birds come to nest.
These birds of prey connect us with the celestial world, relieve us of our condition as earthlings. These birds also represent freedom and escape.
A lightness is born from this symbiosis between nature, human beings, animals allowing us to transcend and elevate us to fantastic worlds.
In each image, scene, a story is to be discovered or imagined.
The characters such as Ents travel in several worlds, they come to dialogue with the earth by their anchorage to the ground, with the sky, having as messengers these magnificent birds.
This series of photographs is a search for a deep connection with nature through art.
