It’s a very nice project, an assignment to remember, it takes place across the city twice a week on market days.
Olivier Saillard and Gaël Mamine present the second edition of their exhibition “Images Perdues” (” Lost Images”) in Arles from July 7 until the end of August.
Last year, “Images Perdues” were displayed on the walls of the City of Arles undergoing the vagaries of the weather according to a poetic and ephemeral map out.
This summer 2021, it is through a free wandering of images, on the theme of the trace, and the imprint that we will be given to discover the second edition of this project motivated by the feeling of gracious sharing of culture and creation.
For this edition, the photographs will parade finely placed on sandwich men and women or brandished with their hands.
On Wednesday July 7, the first stroll of the “Images Perdues” took place in Arles.
The photographers presented at arm’s length were:
Aurore de la Morinerie, Claudia Huidobro, Alexandre Guirkinger and Jonathan Llense.
The theme of this second edition of “Images Perdues” focuses on trace and memory.
From now on, every market day, Wednesdays and Saturdays, the open-air exhibition will roam the streets of the city, next meeting Wednesday July 14 with Patricia Schwoerer, Grégoire Alexandre, Naïma Lecomte and Pierretopire.
