As part of its Galerie à Ciel Ouvert, the SEMPA has joined forces with the Festival Voies Off to present a selection of photographers from its 2012 program. Fifteen images selected for the Prix Voies Off 2012 will be on display in the Griffeuile neighborhood in Arles.
With multiple courses through the same exhibition, the SEMPA is presenting itself as a gallery hosting not only works produced during workshops and artist residencies, but also works from other local events in the form of its Festival Voies Off, which offers a selection of photographs representative of its 2012 program. This exhibition is called Epicentre.
Epicentre is more than a mere exhibition. These are the first fruits of a perennial collaboration between the SEMPA and Voies Off, in order to offer Grifeuille residents new artistic and cultural events and opportunities.
